Yes, you will just apply for 2 separate plans. It is even better in case you need to apply for a refund. AIG SRMRM lets you purchase separate policies, there is no problem with that. Let me know if you have any questions. You can also give us a call at 1 877 211 4301.

It looks like I can't buy one policy for my parents. It's asking me to buy 2 separate policies.

Absolutely. 1 877 211 4301 is our toll free number. If you are applying for a refund, just send me an email or give us a call. On our website we have online forms for Changing Effective dates or Renewals. We have 2 websites: http://supervisabestinsurance.com and http://arbetovinsurance.com.
I will email you the forms. Let me know once you get your policy number. Any questions so far?

You can indicate your name as a sponsor or beneficiary but they will be the applicants. So you will indicate their names. And address is the address in Canada.

If I am buying online right now for my parents should I provide my name, or my father's name? Same applies for the address.

Yes, prior to the effective date. Just let us know in advance, maybe 3 days before the policy starts. It means you can modify the deductible up or down, doesn't matter.

I got your email now and I have one more question. Can I change the plane later on. Like, can I change the deductible limit later on?

You will get the policy right away after you make the payment. It takes about 5 minutes to apply.

Ok, I see.. The last question. How long does it take to get the certificate or whatever proof I need from you?

Yes in this case you will get 100% refund. All you have to do is to send us a copy of the refusal letter. It takes about a week to issue the refund.

Ok, another question. Is this refundable if the visa got refused? And how long it takes to refund me?

It is because those are different companies which means benefits are different. I will be sending you an email shortly.

What's the difference between the 3153 and the 2955, the second one is cheaper and with no deductible.
