So it's Visitors to Canada then. Well, usually when you read the policy wording, there 2 sections about pre-existing conditions: "Exclusions" and "Eligibility".

In the quote, if I choose "yes" under pr-exisiting conditions, what is coverage, where is this covered under the document?

Pre-existing conditions that qualify for coverage are those medical conditions that have been stable for at least 6 months prior to insurance application. For some conditions it will be 12 months. You need to read through the policy wording carefully or I can help you get a quote and answer you questions.

It is very specific for each insurance company. Have already chosen one that you think suits your needs?
Or you could just tell me which pre-existing conditions your parents have so that I can check whether they qualify for coverage.
And would be better if you tell me which one they have.

If you would like to, I am in the office right now, so you can call. Here is the link to the company's page we just talked about over the phone:

You can find all the information you need there including video tutorial, benefits summary, policy wording as well as special features tab.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
