Of course. For super visa you are required to send a proof of insurance for one year and $100,000 coverage. The prices for that insurance depend on the age of the person and whether they have any pre-existing conditions.

The rates vary from $1317 with $1000 deductible to $1770 with no deductible. The higher the deductible, the lower the price.

When we applying for super visa, I can go to 1317 until visa stamped, once we get the visa we can go back to 1770, is that right?

Well you could lower the deductible before the person arrives, but you can leave it the same, it's up to you.
Deductible is the amount you would pay first in case of an emergency adding a deductible on the policy lowers the cost of the insurance.

I want to shop for some cheaper medical insurance companies. I am an international student, I graduated but still waiting for my immigration, can you suggest me a cheaper health insurance or how to get in-province medical insurance

Super Visa states an insurance cover of S100,000 is required, is that recommended or mandatory as the cost for the premium is very high and many new Canadians can not afford such high coverage. Can we get coverage from home country or is it mandatory to get it only from a Canadian company?

My mom got visitor visa twice and she went to stay with my sister in Canada last two years. Everytimes she applied visa, I was person to support her because my income is so high that I could afford their requirement while my sister and her family have low income. My question is: Now i want to apply Super Visa for my mom, can I still use my income to support CIC requirement about income, finance ?

I like to bring my parents from India to Canada for visiting purpose. In Super Visa Program, is Health Insurance Partially Refundable if they will not claim anything from Insurance company during my parents visit in Canada?

Does anyone have any experience with Super Visa insurance? What are the best companies to buy from? What kind of coverage do they offer? How much coverage to buy?

About a MEDICAL INSURANCE for a SUPER VISA holder? Can someone, please, give me an estimates or quotes for a medical insurance(with different deductibles, $100.000 coverage for 1 year) for a visitor to Canada with a Super Visa? The insurance is for 1 person, male, 77 years old. Which Canadian insurance company is giving the best prices?

Looking for Super Visa Insurance for 2 people aged 71 and 72. They are planning to live in Toronto for a year. Anyone know companies with affordable pricing or good promotions?

How about a Supervisa, for 79 year old lady, had a previous heart attack 5 years ago but is now stable on heart medication. Would medical insurance be possible and would it have exclusions?
