Hello. That's all right. How old is the person to be insured? Does he/she have any pre-existing conditions? And what would you like in terms of the deductible?

68 with no pre-ex conditions. The deductible I think 1000 or less.

Ok. Maybe the Monthly plan for the Super visa?

$163.76 with $1000 deductible, $184 with $250 deductible, $204 with $50 deductible.

What insruance company is this? Can I pay lump sum and smaller monthly payment?

And yes, you can pay lump sum but only this one company offers monthly payments for the Super Visa.

Yes of course. You can choose the date yourself. You can receive the policy right away after you make the advance payment of 2 months + $50 application fee, and then once you know the date you can give us a call and we will activate the policy for you. And if her application is refused you will get a full refund. Just send us the refusal letter and we will issue the refund.
