My dad got super visitor Visa today. Question are:

1 - is there any dates he should arrive in canada or can he come here after 2 or 3 months later ? 2 - Can he get a drivers license here ? Can he drive ? 3 - I understand super visa is for 10 years but why is shows EXPIRy on Dec 2015 and shows multiple.

...Is it mandatory to have a two way airline ticket for super visa -- my mom got a 4 years super visa validity.
