Picked up a 4l bag of milk today at WM and noticed that the price is $4.27? the usual price is $3.97 and is pretty much consistent with all the surrounding retailers +- .5 cents. Is this going to be the new price from now on? Have the dairy farmers increased there prices due to the TPP signing or what is going?
